1. Return & Refund Policy

At ZYNOVA, we value your trust and strive to deliver what you ordered in top condition. Please review our updated return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. The product must be returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging materials intact.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted only if you received the wrong product (wrong size/design/color). The item must remain unused and unwashed, and an unboxing video is mandatory as proof for validation.
Return Request Window: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory to validate claims for refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 1–5 business days via the original payment method.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days, depending on the location.

Delayed Shipments: If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Any missing or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping: We currently ship only within Kerala, India.
